A new full 907 is £108, so changing is not cheap.
My local distributor (near Arundel) is charging £67.50 for a new cylinder and refill including delivery. Not much use if you are in Dartmouth but might be worth shopping around?
I am well aware of the difference between a retailer and a distributor. My personal experience has been that twice I have placed orders through the Flogas website. On both occasions they have accepted the order, charged my credit card and promised delivery about a week later. When the deliveries...
Actually the point is not "irrelevant". Flogas will take the order centrally but fulfilment is through their local distributor and if the distributor has no stock then you don't get a delivery. I speak from personal experience.
I installed one about ten years ago. I wanted something that would sit in the background and keep the batteries topped up if wind/solar failed to deliver for any reason. The fuel cell has been good at that but you have to be realistic about expectations - I wouldn't see it as an alternative to...
Actually, nothing has changed in this respect. You were always supposed to complete C1331 if going directly to/from the Channel Islands. I don’t think many people bothered in the past but perhaps there might be more scrutiny now. Certainly know of one arrival from France who was tracked on AIS...

Yes it does. Google “Clegg vs Andersson (2003)” which involved a Malo 42 that was rejected under said act. The case established some important principles in application of the law. As others have said, you do need to make sure your target is worth powder and shot.
Echo all the good stuff about Marina Chateau but just be aware there is a sign at the office asking you to phone Douane and check in. Never done this anywhere else in France so ignored it but next day was visited by 4 blokes in black with guns. They spent a lot of time calling marinas to verify...
The notice was there 2 years ago so nothing to do with Brexit. I ignored it but next day had a visit from the men in black. They were very polite and did not mention my having failed to log in to Schengen. They were interested in my movements prior to arriving in Brest and made numerous phone...
Have previously had similar fantastic service from Musto and as a result have been a loyal customer for about 25 years. Shame there aren't more companies that understand the concept of customer service rather than hiding behind "ISO 9001" or whatever it happens to be right now.
