If the British Waterways can rip us of we may aswell let the D-V-L-C have there share I get the impression that they believe all boat owners have had there brain removed.With a few more licences,we will not be able to afford to use the boat so we will not need a bssfor inland cruising that will upset the bureaucrat that devised that scheme
