Woodbridge tidemill

Just found out Tidemill Marina Woodbridge, no showers, all closed. Only two toilets open. Not a problem if you can shower on your own boat but if not you may have to smell a bit.

They have taped off the urinals at Bradwell but the showers are still usable. Those two statements are not connected BTW.

Well fambridge showers / toilets etc have been in use the whole time , I want to visit a few marinas next week so think I be phoning around to see what’s what , looks like woodbridge is of the list tho

Showers and toilets open at Shotley and Ipswich Haven.

It is to do with the difficulty of maintaining “social distancing” and possibly the very frequent cleaning needed. We are enjoying a pleasant visit to the Tidemill right now, Showers are very pleasant if available , but last year on the Broads we probably only found about 4 places we could get one in 3 weeks. A strip wash in the heads just has to do as we don’t have a shower on board.

That's what we wondered. We are grounded for the summer but some clubmates are heading that way next week.

We were in Tidemill Monday night left wensday morning don’t know about the loo situation it’s a nice helpful place lovely town 80% was open Paul’s Fish Box is excellent great selection of fresh fish
