Yeah, I would say cheap at half the price, but it'd still be expensive.

It's a lofrans one that I'm contemplating..

My Kobra came with a solenoid, I used the original Bene breaker and the alternator driven relay

What's the relay for? I just took the breaker feed from the battery isolator at the panel.

It clicks when you press the button and changes the directionof voltage for up or down

Your terminology confused me (a bit early in the day for me) we just have the circuit breaker and the up/down controller connected to foot switches and wireless remote.

If it's "alternator driven" i guess it's so you must have the engine running to be able to use the windlass.

Nailed it, weird Bene system with a relay just hanging from the loom. Also weird, the binnacle has one as well, finally foind it switched the engine room fan
