I was looking for a pic of a divers boat with flag up and came across this.

Seen these kind of things at airports for cars. Think the idea is the ticket cost covers the prize, but hard to see how at £20-30 a ticket, but given the boats not sure.

Do they publish (not that I could see) a list of winners, or win ratio's?

I guess you pay your money and take your chance! Anyway I am going to win the lottery so don't need to worry!!
