Will this harm the antifouling???

Not to any significant effect for most products. Make sure it is properly pressure washed when it comes out and it may be prudent to pressure wash again before relaunch if it has really dried out.

Unless its hard racing antifoul, pressure washing will remove too much paint. If it needs more than a wipe over, you probably need to re-antifoul anyway!

I would think it very unlikely that drying for a couple of days will do any harm. Most afs can be left dry for some time before launching and many, mine included spend half their lives dry (when the tide has gone down).

If you know what the af is then check with the product data sheet on the manufacturer's website. If you find it says it must be immersed within a few hours of application then think again but otherwise don't worry. Just do want you want to do.

What af is it anyway?

Pressure washing will hardly remove any paint even though the run off water will look strongly coloured.
There is likely to be at least a layer of slime on the surface and if that dries out and dies on the surface it will be difficult to remove. Putting the boat back in with the dead material as a crust on the surface will allow plenty of fouling to attach quickly and easily

The problem is the slime which forms on top of the A/F
this drys and takes a long time to become soluble again when re immersed this "skin"allows fouling to get a grip on the hull and start growing
