"Wild Duck" looking for information

[Wild Duck]

I´m looking for information about my yacht "Wild Duck".
Wild Duck is a 40ft gaff cutter designed and built in 1884 by Watkins & Co, London.
Wild Duck is now in Germany but was in the UK until at least 1980.
I´m due to start restoring Wild Duck next year and would like to find any further infromations that will help me.
The only previous owner I know of is N. Collingwood, listed in Lloyds for 1972 with homeport Maylandsea
Does anyone have any information about her previous owners or Watkins & Co incl. photographs, drawings, etc.

I hope somebody out there can help me.

there was a recent thread about a restoration project (? classic yacht) in Germany.

I just wonder if the two are related.

Please find attached two pictures.

The last restoration of Wild Duck was about 1980 (in Germany / Hamburg)
She sailed afterwards for about 15 years at the Canary islands and has spent the last 6 years out of the water.
