She gets launched tomorrow and I still have unvarnished cabin sole in my garage, the electrics are still a mess, i never did sort out the disconnected forward water tank, half the gear i bought @ LBS is still in boxes, I never got round to removing some of the upholstery, the cabin woodwork is sanded but not varnished, I never ordered a spinnaker, my clew outhaul is still not led anywhere useful the hull's still not polished.......

She should be ready by say november at this rate. (when's she being lifted out????)

Mine will leave its winterberth next week, and I still have to...
Strip the glue off the ceiling
repaint said ceiling
replace three clamps
repair a louvre door
varnish cabin interior
de-fungus the boat (yuk, it's been bad, this winter)
replace wiring in mast
replace deck gland for wiring
install mp3-player (120 songs on one CD!!!!)
load up

The list is far too long. But the engine's been revised, and runs. So maybe I will join the MoBo forum for a while.

What are the chances of having absolute shite weather at the start of the season, with all the fine weather we're having now?

And to make things worse I've just been told I volunteered to work tomorrow so will have even less time to move her from the work brth to her pontoon and sort it all out.

Remind me - whens the relaxing bit?

Got tons to do,
Doors need painting ,ceiling need revarnishing, then there is the plumbing
to sort out,
SWMBO will have to wait till next winter,
Thank heavens the boat is ready a raring to go!!!
