@Bouba ,..i know ( met up 2019 ) you love your Beny 34 which is the correct choice for your use age , local area and not forgetting the dog ( Ich boot mit hunt ) , but your pics nice as they are are getting annually ( spelling - ) repetitive .
I was just curious if you have other pass times / hobbies other than the boat sailing in the gold fish bowl of Miramar - Porquerolles and back when it’s mirror calm ?

My life is a routine....in the morning the wife walks the dog....later in the day we will together walk the dog...most pictures aren’t boating pics but dog walking pictures. All life is routine....like you I am fortunate enough to live somewhere beautiful. I would love to get a big boat and travel far...but life is also about compromises...I’m compromised by budget and a first mate who has different values... c'est la vie

Yeh but that “ specific topic “ runs to the core of fast planning boats .Theres no getting away from that .
And I bring it in when seakeeping crops up .Don’t press it.Funny isn’t it eventually ( esp newbies ) seakeeping crops up .Shouldn’t be a taboo .
As a seasoned Med boater ( 24 yrs ) inc Porquerolles those respected pics are boring to me and suspect many other whimpish ish CDA folks on here ,Fully understand grim weather U.K. boaters jizzing off on them Scala .

I have not read the book I make no comment on it, perhaps you need to read peoples posts like you read this book rather than being so defensive.
