Hello Kelpie,
with that kind of preferences, or priorities, I would definitely not go in the Mediterranean.

I don't wish to be a hermit, and having a small child with us means we do need to seek out other families. But it's been a steep learning curve adjusting to the idea that an anchorage can become 'full' ?.

If we don't go in to the Med, we've got a whole season to fill as we prepare to cross the Atlantic in a year's time. I mean the Algarve is quite nice but no doubt will get crazy busy, and it's not really a big enough stretch of coast to keep us occupied for best part of a year.

I am tempted to head to Madeira/Canaries but also conscious that we will end up spending a lot of time in marinas if we do that... and we've not budgeted for that... hmmm...

The new updates are appreciated, @Imray - the "clustering" of location pins makes it easier to navigate, and I see you've added a "community" tab to allow us to report outdated information from the pilot books.

I've been meaning to suggest to you, however, that you might consider scanning or presenting the chartlets with higher quality settings.

The chartlets show an appropriate area and scale, the same as one would expect from a pilot book, but the details are pretty small:

It seems natural, therefore, to open the chartlet in a new tab and zoom in (using Safari on a Mac one just "unpinches" one's fingers), but jpeg artefacts become very obvious at this scale - the below is at just 150%:

This doesn't affect the function and of course one doesn't expect to get more detail from this, but it just seems "clearer" to zoom in and focus on the area you're looking at. In my opinion this is analogous to being able to see the poor quality of the printing just by peering closely at a printed page.

Thanks for taking the time to feed back, it's really helpful and makes sense. I'll pass on to Amy, our digital coordinator and she'll add it to the list to have a look at. Will keep you posted!
