My current insurer wont insure a faster boat with cover for skiing, ringos etc., which is a shame as they have been very good. Any reccommendations for this specific type of cover?

I ve used Traffords and Margerets (or whatever its now called)
Waterski is usually ok, ringo usually, though they arent keen.
But quite what is it that you are insuring....the rider or a third party?
Mine was actually so infrequent (or family, or in such isolated places) that I stopped the cover. Its not like we waterskiid 5 hours a w/end...
In fact, now we cant be ar'ed to spend all w/end towing people about, so we dont have a tow ring /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Pantaenius do w/ski cover (3rd party etc) for w/ski on my tender, so they must do it. Top service too, I strongly recommend them. All policy detials and tweaks are done efficiently by email. Pricing is competitive

Strangely GJW cover waterskiing behind the tender on the Princess, but wont cover it behind a fast sport cruiser /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Ours is with Bishop Skinner, not had to claim but been very pleased with the service received, it didn't automatically include ringo's but a quick call and they agreed to single person ringo's (all we have so didn't care!)

I would certainly ask Traffords for a quote. I found them to be very competitive with excellent service. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
