I have never said that they were not willing to sell cheap .. thats your invention not mine. If you are going to refuse to answer questions and then pop up putting words in my mouth, you do not need me or a forum .. all you need do is argue with yourself!!

You have already stated that a 300% to 400% hike in the price of fuel will have no effect whatsoever ..... its takes all sorts to make a world

I don't answer yours because I don't have the time to read the reams and reams of theoretical calculations and suppositions.

But you're quite right, I really should back out of this if I'm not prepared to commit the time, please ignore my post above.
