which boat to go for ?

I have been recently looking to sell my project 31 and upgrade to a bigger boat with a fllybridge and preferably shaft (v-drive) diesles. I would also like to take occasional 1-2 weeks holidays with coastal and off shore trips. Is there a good boat that anyone can reccomend, I hav been looking at the fairline corniche and sealine 310 stasesman. I also live in the UK.
