Where\'s the best place to advertise boat items?

Anyone know the best place to advertise my trailer on the net, most places seem to only be geared up for actual boat sales.

How big a trailer is it? A friend of mine is looking for a trailer for his boat, but it is a 24' Fletcher so it would need to be a substantial trailer.

If your friend is interested my trailer would suit his boat perfectly, as it was used to move a 24ft Regal.

Details are as follows:

The trailer was new in September 99. It has been used only 4 times and travelled less than 500 miles.

It is a 4 wheel, 4 brake trailer with winch.

It is 27ft long, the largest SBS make. Its model number is R4/3500b

It comes complete with light board, axle stands (for storage), a trolley jack, and all ratchet straps for loading a boat.

Its in perfect condition and ready to go.

I paid £2800 for it and are looking for £1900, a massive saving on a new trailer.

Thanks for the info, I will pass it on to him.

It sounds like a very nice trailer, possibly a bit too nice as he is just wanting something to tow his boat about 3 miles home at the end of the season and then back to the marina in the spring so is probably looking for something a bit cheaper sadly.

I'll let you know what he thinks.

Coggin, it was as I thought. Trailer is perfect for him, but he doesn't want to spend much more than £1,000 on it because he won't use it much, sorry.
