I am aware of the ironic nature of my next comment, but I think a magazine is great, its such a relief from internet shopping which is so faced paced and bombards you with information. I enjoy the relaxed nature of a catalogue from time to time. (crap, when did I get old??)
But you are right: The 101% marketing driven interweb is losing its attraction because a) there's way to much of it and b) the quality is extremely low.
And all are jumping the same boring bandwagon. Which ever new homepage feature annoys you will soon be on all homepages.
Common reason being that things have to be cheap. Unless selling prices, of course.

It was taken by himself, just off Shipstall Point, Poole. The boat is Nauticat 33.
I honestly was not expecting a response on a Friday afternoon, let alone from the director. I have sent him a link to this thread so he could be watching

Raymarine (probably autohelm at the time) used to post me a substantial catalogue just in time for the London boat show. As a teenager I had a Laser back then so little opportunity to use their products.
Ironically this dried up just around the time I bought a ‘proper’ boat

Newbridge Pioneer with the red jib, Jeanneau Fantasia to the right in the background and a Hurley 22 a bit further to the right
Cox Master Marina 22 to the left just beyond the sailing dinghy, red boat just by the similar coloured jib might be a Sadler 25.
Nice to see the place with some sunshine as many of my visits where during the club launching and lift out parties where the weather was invariably dire

The Sadler, Pioneer and Hurley are pretty bread and butter. The Jeanneau I wouldn't have got, but you can kind of see it's French and the hull shape looks a bit Jeanneau. But the Cox Master Mariner 22
?????!!!!!! I thought it was a one off home build made out of concrete or something and completely unguessable. I've no idea how you got that, it's like an Alien Boat Identifying AI has created a YBW account. Respect.
