Where to dry out at Plymouth

I need to change an anode and replace my sail drive gear oil, are there any scrubbing posts or a wall where I can dry out at Plymouth or nearby?

Newton Ferrers, call the harbour master. The wall by the Spaniards at cargreen is a possibility but I have never seen the bottom to know what it is like.

Try the public quay at Saltash, next to Saltash Sailing club, it's good ground, albeit a little steep, plus 2 good pubs to wait for the tide to rise!

Call Yachthaven at Mountbatten, they have a Quay by the Clovelly Bay Inn (handy whilst waiting for tide!),.
