Come on guys and girls what would you buy given the chance would it be the Moody 33 the Southerly 28 or the southerly 105 over to you

Have no experience of any of them, but chatted to someone trying to get his Southerly xxx keel down. For some reason, something had jammed it. He said that things do get caught, but the sheer weight of the keel normally does the business. I have to say that he had not had the boat long, and didn't seem very clued up on his own boat at the time. Praps someone else will know if this IS a general problem with Southerlys?

Depends upon your criteria for a boat....
if it was for example, a family cruiser, with safety and space in mind, then the Moody would be the obvious choice....
For a tad more speed, maybe the Southerly... although the Moody is allegedly no slouch either.....
so IMHO you can't compare them, unless you define what you want out the boat....
