What boat is this:

Alpa 11.5 looks close - but seems to have wheel steering and no lazarette locker.

"The title of the image says Formosa 41 for sale at $68.500 or am I missing something?"

The Formosa stuff is the title of the video, the boat above was just glimpsed for a few seconds.

"And why the huge windlass on the side deck?"

As the boat is not rigged I guess that it could have just been shifted there for maintenance.

I had one next to me for the best part 8 years, it certainly had a wheel, it was a summer home for a French family we knew, It was totally knackered, I believe they are quite fast.

At first glance I thought Contessa 38/Dawn 39, but it's not that. A lot of American-looking detailing in the coachroof and cockpit, also in the counter/transom shape. Pretty hull....

Yes, looks wooden and doesn't have the McCurdy & Rhodes characteristic pair of aft saloon windows or the covestrip of a Hinkley.
I too think the windlass is simply sitting there after the deck was painted before being bolted down in the right place.

Agreed. All Hinckley’s have the signature saloon windows and it doesn’t have them.
To my eye it looks to be 35-38’, but I haven’t a clue what she is.

The cove moulding has an unusual end feature.

I half recognise it but can’t quite place it.

The transom is a wine glass, not like any Hinckley I'm aware of; it's a design feature Herreshoff used so I suppose this makes it a Herreshoff pastiche.
