Looks to me like someone trying to play a tune by blowing into a dead sheep....... though I dare say that might sound better than someone playing bagpipes.

One of the fellas I sail with from time to time - single, well-paid, fine boat - has a sizable collection of girlie 'temp crew'.
The other day, I heard one of 'em refer to another as 'deck fluff'.....
