I am in North Sardinia, had a lift out to anti-foul etc, and noticed a piece of the thru-hull fitting for the speed/log paddle wheel was broken off, it is a plastic one, and was part of the Clipper duet kit i bought approx 18 months ago, I contacted NASA by email asking for assistance as I have 10 days on the hard before back in the water.
An hour or so later I had a reply from them, gave them a call, very helpfull, e.mailed my address here, and they send the fitting by air mail to me, arrived 3 days later.
What a great service, three cheers from me for them, a refreshing change I find.
