WEIRD Noises...

Hi Robert.
The noise can get quite load on occasions, but don’t let it trouble you, you are moored over an area with plenty of sea creatures, I get it all the time.

Slander, libel, I never miss but have often wondered why I always see 2 fish but only ever spear 1 and then the second fish just disappears as if by magic!!!

OK, OK, i guess its not the keels bolts , or water seeping through my hull waiting to drown me. I have not seen any skin divers with tiny looking arrows swimming around.
I will go with the prawn cocktail party living under my hull. Bloody useless antifoul!!!.. BUT if the damn Keel falls off, there will be trouble!!! ))))))

They always say that if you are in a berth where the old slavers used to moor that you will, on certain nights, hear noises that will make you shiver uncontrollably and your hair stand on end............there is apparanantly no cure.

Heard similar sounds moored in Samana Bay, in the Dominican Republic while staying on a friends boat, I put on my dive gear to investigate and had quite a view of a variety of sea creatures having dinner on the weed growth on the hull. The noise was allways at night. After scraping off the growth, the sea creatures departed!

Hear them here in Florida and in Bahamas, but only at night and never had the courage to go under and investigate!!.
