Weather: More information added to SWIS forecasts

Hello,

I'm pleased to announce further additions to the Sailing Weather Information Service at http://www.SailingWeather.co.uk and thanks to all of you on the forum who have contributed suggestions and given encouragement.

These include:
+ Enhanced UK area forecasts and added Ireland forecast areas

+ Area forecasts now for France, Spain, Balearics & Italy

+ Forecasts added for the North Sea and Baltic

+ GMDSS forecast text added to the area forecasts

+ Strong wind warnings added for all areas

+ Tested forecasts to make sure they download swiftly when on board.


There will be further major enhancements in the coming week. If you have any suggestions then please do let me know by emailing me directly at simon@weatherweb.net

In the meantime, please continue to spread the word about SWIS at www.SailingWeather.co.uk and thanks for all your support so far.

Works now, but no gfs detail for Cannes to Albegna.
