no not really, missed all the fun tho'. and there was plenty. next trip thought to be to newtown creek IOW, lunch in New Inn, Shalfleet. but then i gather the rest of you wern't interested.. only moaning on about the length of the thread.

reading through it now it is boring and takes too long, but at the time we used it to convey important information, took about two weeks to get organised, probably why it was so long.. sorry for boring all you... sensible people, in favour of us beer monsters... from the sea (revalation 14:18 i think!!)

Yeah but, the Whareham thread took roughly 3 weeks to get to 200 odd posts and they were,as you say, important info being passed. On the other hand the "I just have to ask" thread has got to over 100 pointless pieces of drivel in less than 48hrs.

But you guys had to be sensible and impart info...the other thread is just drivel, as you say. If we really went for it one evning 1 1000 threads would be pretty easy but pointless .... which is probably why Boatone will do it one day
