Recently bought a 3-person inflatable from Aldi. £30, complete with oars, etc. Only single skin unreinforced vinyl, but it does have six compartments and has got us ashore from moorings a few times already.

Yes I bought an Aldi one as well for £30. I've only rowed it on my lawn so far, but for the money it seems quite well made. No facility for outboard though.
