Volvo S-Drive Workshop manual

Does anybody know where I can get my hands on either a decent exploded diagram of a Volvo 120S S-drive, or a workshop manual? A web doswnload would be ideal.

If not, how easy is it to remove the external casing (in order to sand-blast and repaint)?
