Volvo md32 heat exchanger removal

Hello iam trying to get the heat exchanger off my Volvo md32, I've undone the bolts inside it below the thermostat and the two bolts just above the fuel filter but it still won't come away from the engine. I can't see what else is holding it. Anyone taken one off before?

I've done an md21 which I think is the same but 4 cylinder version
There is a hidden bolt which I think you get at by removing the air intake or rocker cover essentially it come into the exchanger from the engine side
Not an exact answer but hope it helps
