Volvo MD1B info needed

Greetings all,

We have just removed the head on our MD1B and found the head gasket to be defective (explains low compression). However, we desperately need the following info:
Torque for head bolts
Valve clearance (cold)
New Gasket - do we also use sealant or not
What oil

Any help would be much appreciated.

Exhaust valve clearance warm engine 0.35mm/0.014"
Inlet valve clearance warm engine 0.30mm/0.012"
Cylinder head nuts 110Nm/80lbft
Cylinder head bolts 45Nm/33lbft
No sealant on the gasket
Oil above 20degC SAE 20, below 20degC SAE 10W. I use diesel multigrade from Halfords!
