Video "A highway of low pressure"

The Annex G to the OSR specifies the survival course should have this video (Point A 4.1), I searched the internet and all I could find was some reference to an old Australian TV video (?).

Has anyone got additional details, or seen the images ?
Is it about the 98 Sidney Hobart?
