What you have there is a mess.
It looks like a short cable with either PL259 or 'n type' plugs on each end.
The RH end seems to have a 'barrel' or jack/jack adaptor which could be n type or 259
The LH end looks to have a jack/jack adaptor from whatever the cable is to 'TNC'.

There are a lot of different RF connectors which often look similar, particularly with no dimensions.

Agree it’s a real mess, you need to sort out the correct sockets without the adapters, the signal loss will be far to high and will most likely fail early, plugs and sockets for all types are easy to find

What you have there seems to be a short cable with a PL259 on each end.
The right hand end has a barrel connector attached and I suspect this was to connect to another cable with a PL259, possibly the cable coming up the mast from the radio.
The left side PL259 connector seems to be attached to what may be the innards of an old antenna.
This piece of cable is unlikely to be of much use for anything.
