I’ll email Eric who’s a French sailing friend (and is one of the official ‘measurers’ for mini-transats who also run similar rigs on a different scale. ) Whether we’ll understand the answer is another matter. Eric and I talk nineteen to the dozen in a huge mixture of pigeon French and his pigeon English.Le Cam makes the actual rescue seem very easy which I doubt it was. Does anyone know what the 'transmission' is that he mentions in the video? Possibly a translation error or actually a thing?
