Updated Notice 8 for sailing pleasure craft to and from the UK

Preparing for 2022! Using OpenOffice Calc I found it impossible to create the emails for the Thunderbird program automatically. Installed LibreOffice and the buttons for the emails work. Ctrl-Click on the button and the email appears, ready for attaching the spreadsheet file.

Depends on where you plan to arrive at the 12 mile limit. There's dfferent addresses for different BF commands.
Also, if you have a non-UK citizen on board, you have to arrange a phone interview before returning.

There are a couple of buttons (or the e addresses to use instead, in case they don't work) on the "Submissions and Declarations” tab of the e-C1331 form. Just found them myself.
