Update on red/yellow boards

Red Strong Stream warning boards are being displayed at the following locks: Grafton to Osney Locks inclusive. All other locks are displaying Yellow Stream warning boards except Romney, Bell Weir, Penton Hook and Shepperton to Teddington Locks inclusive where no boards are displayed.

This means that it's clear of reds between Oxford and Teddington but still red at Osney. Upper Thames think that Oxford City will go yellow Weds in the afternoon. It's currently yellow to Folly Bridge.
