Either
A) Tyler was mainly a moulder of boats, based on the Medway in the UK. So lots of boats have Tyler hulls, but were sold under other names. They did market a few designs themselves; or
B) there is/was a designer called Tyler (maybe American or New Zealander) who designed smaller motor boats for home build or build by the yard of your choice. Don't think these were ever series built, but could be wrong.
Try asking the question on the Motor Boat forum, you might get more response.
