Does anyone have any info or knowledge re buying a marina berth in turkey, cost, rental potential etc. etc. Bodrum, Kusadasi and anywhere cheaper ??

Ayvalik is cheaper and in my opinion a much better place to be as the town is more real than Bodrum, Kusadasi.
