Seen for sale at Princess Vancouver on this new P56. I'm not sure of the lines but with the weather as it is maybe this is an option for the UK? Looking around the harbour they are certainly popular......

The hardtop is a standard extra from Princess at a cost of approx. £40k. I am sure it would be easy enough to get the canopy made by any of the main manufacturers. I get an American boat mag every boat and the surrounded flybridge is not uncommon at all and I should imagine it has Air Con as well.

I guess it's a local weather dependant issue -the need to enclose the FB .Some actually build an enclosed FB with one and only helm -liberating more space below

This is a typical American "sport fisher " - plastic FB covers + note the tuna tower -you can helm from that too ,but down stairs in the saloon there is no helm -more living area?

More to do with bugs in North America - you won't be sitting up top of an evening for long with out being eaten alive
