Treating rust

Hi guys, one of my engine mounts is showing some rust, due to seawater spills from the sea strainers . What is the best treatment, and thanks for the replies.

Surface ,it will wire brush off , I was thinking about wrapping in denso tape.

Could be worth trying oxalic acid to kill the rust

Kurust is what I use for most things and adds a protective layer which last a long time, and paint when ready.
