For those who follow the saga.
Now in week 6 of the repairs of Ocean Deep and bnasically they are not putting the resources into the boat and I have to be here every weekend to manage the project and check it all.
There was a flurry of promises and some jobs started but I will be lucky to have it right in 12 weeks let alone the 3 to 4 weeks promised.
I think hate might just be the best word to describe my feelings towards the owners of Trader - they are basically indifferent to customers and are just concerned with hunting the next victim. I have been silent in the hope that I could achieve progress without public pressure - give them another chance etc but it is simply not working out.
The new 42 has arrived here and I frankly just feel sorry for the next load of victims.
SWMBO had to throw all her clothes away last weekend as we discovered that the mold on them could not even be washed out - I took the drawer out to discover that there was no back to the cupboard and her clothes were simply left in the bilge atmosphere!!!! She is not a happy. bunny.
Over 90% of the jobs promised to be done in this last week have not been done. I am holding Trader responsible for all this lack of use and shall take legal action to ensure that every penny of my claim is pursued. Currently the cost to them of lack of use runs at £1500 per week but they do not seem to take any real notice of that.
The employees are good people. I have no axe to grind with them at all. The time is coming when I shall have to start the correspondence stream up again on the Ocean Deep site.
