TMC fuse holder all stuck

I have experienced quite a few issues regarding TMC toilets, but today was a brand new one. I can not for my bare life unscrew the plastic fuse holder! It is oh so stuck. Have had a few goes with jamaica base oil, but so far no luck. Have anyone else experienced this one?

Turns out fuse was not the problem at all.
I have voltage all the way to and from the fuse. But when I jiggle the wires down on the motor. it will start. So seems like some bad connection in there. Anyone tackled that before?
