Those boat names

I'm not sure if anyone else saw it at the SBS last week. There was a video on one stand scanning past a harbour - (sorry harbor) in the USA with a larger motor cruiser named "Fish & Chicks" which made me smile. I wish I had thought of that when I was young and could carry that off

One of my favourites was/is a boat called "Ruthless". The explanation, posted in the loos in Weymouth was along the lines of "his first wife was called Ruth.....".

There is a young German couple currently sailing around the world on a boat called "Forty Two"....and yes...they DO know where it comes from

Lifeboat in Conwy last week called "Her Majesty the Queen" I imagine when they contact the coastguard the reply is "go channel zero ma'am"

A yacht called 'COMPROMISE' . Nothing remarkable about that, except that the name was too long for the spray dodgers, so viewed from starboard it read 'OMPROMISE' and from port it read 'COMPROMIS'

Once saw a very fast powerboat called "FAR CANAL". A lawyer on the Thames had one called "LE GELAID", and a wealthy acquaintance has a lovely Squadron called "DROP IN THE OCEAN" - love that one (and the boat!)
The naffest I ever saw, was on a massive Italian Motor Yacht in Sydney Harbour called (in very big letters) "ENVY ME".....******!
