But I am goin to boycott Scuttle altogether unless it goes back to where it was!!!

For boaty matters there is/was, always PBO, but I thought Scuttle was for fun & conversation, with a boaty emphasis. Yes now and again it got a bit heavy with the Pope posts etc & maybe theyshould have been be chucked out. But I do miss the comics & amusing anecdotes!

Its so sterile now, init? No controversy & the worst of it is - it could now be any posting board on the net.

For those who like to take themselves and their boating seriously, stay on S/B.

For those who like a bit of variety and humour in their lives, go to the lounge. There is no rule to say you can't post boaty stuff in the Lounge so simply treat the lounge exactly as you used to treat S/B, follow the old yacht club bar analogy.
