Pantanaeus have just increased this policy by 200%. They blame their underwriters.

Anybody any suggestions for alternative insurers. The boat is 1997 Callisto 460 (steel).

Unless you are travelling around the world this season why not get a more regionalised quote. Try Bishop Skinner who quoted me 10% less than St Magarets this year.

I'm afraid you're in the middle of a battle between underwriters and brokers which has been causing many a lot of grief.
