Only possible thought is that you had to drink too much to drink to over the weekend....( or something like that)./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

No, my new year resolution was to be nice to Kidderminster peeps.

People from Kidderminster = Manufacturers of S/line boats ?

Didn't think it appropriate to start slandering them... TB has taken dislike to them for aesthetic reasons ... all a matter of differenttaste really.

Still don't understand why a F-bridge for a Sea School. Wasn't listening properly...

Re: Think I\'ll cover me ears

I think for once Learner is right. You must have had too much to drink.

Mainly 'cos Sealine (who build these boats in Kidderminster, see that's the answer to that one), don't actually make a F36.

They make the F33 which IMHO looks great and which I ever so nearly bought at LBS and am still having great difficulty fending off SWMBO about. And the salesman's been on to me twice today offering better and even better deals.

And they make the F37.

So which is it?

F33 is on outdrives (great)

F37 is on shafts (crap)

So you're going to set up a sea school in Spain and don't even know the boat model you're going to buy? Hope your training syllabus is a bit better put together. Tee Hee.

Why not use the Broom? You could replace the nets with dinky little umbrellas or something.

Well on the Fbridge issue I bow to Phils knowledge him being a sea school skipper all ready, seems to think there more apt, safety thing in the cockpit area I think, more room to move about and give the tuition maybe. Plus all can gather on the fly for a joplly good view.

Went inside the F37 at the show trouble is cant see 4 airy a**ed strangers sleeping in those small berths for 4 days.

Re: Think I\'ll cover me ears

They used to make the F36, same hull as the F37 apparantly so there I do know whats I talkin about, didnt say I was definately buying new now did I.

Actually Coli remember we are restricted by the berth size 12m x 4m so short list of boats down to F36 (2nd hand) Prestige 36 (new) Rodman 1150 or 36 whatever (new) The new Princess 38 and Phantom 38 (smallest flys they do) are too long see, plus bl**dy expensive.

Re: Think I\'ll cover me ears

F33 is LOA 10.5 x 3.35 and F37 is 11.74 x 3.78 but waterline length is only 8.05 for F33 and 8.81 for F37, so that's alright them either one will fit OK.

Sealine are doing some good deals on 'em too right now 'cos they "only" sold 49 (in total) at LBS this year whereas last year they sold 53 and so this week they're really putting the pressure on their sales guys to close some deals so they can beat last years figures. Hence they'll do some pretty good deals right now, but apparantly gotta be this week.

Tempted??

Tell you what, how about we join forces and really screw 'em down for TWO boats. I reckon we'd get what 20% off for two?
