I'm following this thread with interest. One of my wheelhouse window leaks, always has, only a drop but as the WH is marine ply it's going to do some damage eventually. It has an aluminium frame inside and out and loads of screws, I've taken the screws out once and tried to prise the alley frame off, but couldn't bugde it.

This is the way I did it on my deck saloon countess, exactly the same frames and toughened glass. Works perfectly and no leaks. Originals where 30+ years old before the leaked from the glass to aluminium frame.
