List of longest wooden ships - Wikipedia . Wyoming is the longest that is securely documented, but if you read her Wikipedia page it is clear she was unseaworthy (leaked heavily continuously, and flexed in heavy seas). She was lost at sea. There are poorly documented but historically attested vessels that were probably comparable in size (e.g. Zheng He's Treasure Ships).

Judging by the ships on the Wikipedia page, it seems that 100m is about the upper limit for building a seaworthy wooden hull without using iron bracing and structural members.
