my raymarine autopilot broke down here in the med, Alicante,. The head unit suffered a glitch. The Spanish agents where as usual unhelpfull. I decided to telephone raymarine tech support. they emailed the agent in valencia for me and told him to replace my st5000plus head unit under warranty. spent another 20 euros on mobile calls to the agent who finally decided to obey raymarine (poor sod, i wonder how he is gonna make his 10% on this one) and send me the replacement. Apparently it will arrive here in torrevieje tomorrow.
