Thats interesting.
I know someone with exactly the same problem.
He and I are looking at a winter job and replacing it with synthetic teak and a suitable backing.
Our solution should be a fraction of that cost and I think it will look great.

How's that put together? Is it one piece or is a frame with individual pieces criss-crossed?
Just curious.
Are they square holes? Lazer cut perhaps?
It’s a frame with individual pieces criss crossed, it was slightly worn but a couple of pieces had cracked and you could feel it was weak, I was going to repair it but a heavy step in just the correct spot broke it !
