Hi.
I am french and intend to register a sailing Jaguar in the Small Ship Register ( EU member with right exercising in the UK).
Can somebody give me informations about taxes to be paid for custom or otherones

It's not that simple. You're right you can exercise your right as an EU citizen, but whether you are French, Belgian, Scots, Spanish or English you need to be ordinarily uk resident and there are rules about what is uk resident.
