Have recently bought a new boat with above engines. Engine survey came back good but on maiden voyage a strange thing came to light. Weather on Saturday was horrendous but made passage to great Yarmouth all good on fly bridge apart from windswept and very wet lol. Once clear of bridges decides to take sanctuary below and noticed stb engine had oil pressure of 60 psi and port was only 30. Rev port engine and it increased to 35 but would not drop below thirty. I'm thinking can't be mechanical or would surely drop to zero at idle. Engine sounded fine no loss of oil or anything and temps on both engines at 87 ish. Doubt gauge at fault as showed 60 psi on cold start next morning. Thinking pressure relief valve but it has four one in sump for piston cooling. Any one know if any one is particularly prone to failing. Thanks guys in advance
