Survey in Tunisia

I am currently trying to buy a boat in Port El Kantaoui, Tunisia, close to where the recent shootings happened (thankfully some weeks after I was there viewing her). The surveyor I had arranged is now unable to get insurance cover for a trip there to conduct the survey, because of the current Foreign Office advice to travellers, and the vendor's broker is reluctant for the boat to be taken elsewhere for survey.

Is anyone aware of an English-speaking, properly qualified surveyor either already in Tunisia or able to travel there who is used to inspecting private yachts rather than ships?
