Suggestions on how to remove large seized wood screw

Just to be clear when everyone is talking about impact drivers this is they type hey are talking about that you hit with a hammer not the cordless drill type

Agree with device to avoid extractors... Good quality big screwdriver hit with hammer and twist clockwise will almost always do the trick.

Impact driver might work but do not order from wish... I am waiting since may for stuff and latest date is now september...

That sort of impact driver involves clobbering wth a big hammer.
IMHO, not appropriate for most wooden structures.

This may not work with modern metals. I used to slam the end of the screwdriver onto a grinding wheel to creat an ofset that dug into the bottom of the screw slot, thus preventing it from camming out. A soldering iron is good, though I always cleaned and fluxed the screw head as heat transfer through solder is best.
